Company History

GEORG KALTENHÄUSER started in 1880 a manufacturing and production technique for wafers, based on a special recipe makes it possible to make them paper-like, reusable, and especially thin. Thickness between 0,5-1,2mm and a minimum lifetime of 5 years offers a manifold of possibilities and minimize the risk of user areas. The production process is made out of the best quality material from Austria, which is gene-, allergy- and gluten-free, without any chemical substances and is the result from a small, but very efficient and flexible family company in Waldviertel.

The whole manufacturing is continuously tested and certified according to valid EU directives, but the production can also be made according to FDA or any other regulations.

We are, as a specialist for this product group, consecutive developing new products and are ready to be consulting for new ideas.
